Students may repeat a specific course up to two times during their FIC course of study. In the event a student changes programs during their course of study, the policy will continue to apply.
Permission for further attempts at the same course can be obtained by appealing to the Academic Director in writing. FIC has the right to require a student to complete/repeat a pre-requisite course or take an assessment test to determine their eligibility to repeat beyond the policy's limit.
In other words, three (3) times is the maximum number a student can study the same course. Courses which have been awarded a ‘WD' or ‘DE' grade will not be considered.
