Refusal of Enrolment
Where evidence of any criminal conviction, misconduct, or incapacity on the part of a
person/student affects the safety or ability of staff/students to pursue their lawful activities
within the College, FIC may
• Refuse to enrol
• Refuse to re-enrol
• Discontinue the enrolment
Cancellation of Enrolment
The College may cancel the enrolment of any student who
• Has gained admission to the College by misrepresentation, by falsification of
• documents or by other fraudulent means, or
• Has failed to fulfill the normal requirements for admission or enrolment, or
• For any act of grave misconduct associated with either the academic program or
• staff/student(s) of the College.
Termination of Program
Neglect of work, non-attendance, non-payment of tuition fees or misconduct may lead to a
student being terminated from his/her program of study.
