Students may drop/add courses up to Week 3 with no record of dropped courses on their
transcript. A student who informs the College in writing of withdrawal from a course from weeks 3 - 4 shall receive a grade of "WD", which does not affect either the GPA or CGPA. A student who withdraws from a course in week 5 or beyond, shall be deemed not to have completed the course, and did not withdraw before the deadline date. An N is considered an F for scholastic purposes, with a 0.00 numerical equivalent (GPA). Where such withdrawal has the special approval of the Academic Director, a grade of "WD" may be awarded. In the event a student is unable to complete all the requirements of a course as a result of illness or other circumstances beyond the student's control, the College may
a) Approve withdrawal without penalty and delete reference to such withdrawal on the student's academic record.
b) Approve withdrawal without penalty and award a grade of "WD" for the course.
c) Specify requirements for the completion of the course.
